Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif starrer movie Zero witnessed a big drop in the collection on Wednesday as holidays are now over. It was evident from the weekend collection that the film will struggle during weekdays, but holidays helped it to post decent totals on Monday and Tuesday.
As per the box office reports, the film earned approx. 4.50 crore on Wednesday to take its total domestic box office collection to 85.82 crore after 6 days. The collection will continue its downward movement on Thursday too, so the first-week collection will be 90-91 crore. New release Simmba will grab a large number of screens starting from Friday, so Zero will have a very hard time in crossing 100 crore mark. If Simmba fails to impress moviegoers, Zero might get a small boost in the second week. However, that boost will not be enough to make Zero a profitable venture.
