Uri The Surgical Strike Has Historic Fifth Weekend | Movie Surpasses 210 Crore

Vicky Kaushal and Yami Gautam starrer Uri The Surgical Strike created history in its fifth weekend. The film has been on a rampage since its opening day and it beat Bahubali 2 (Hindi) by a huge margin in the fifth weekend. It has been released on a very limited number of screens in both domestic and overseas markets. It also got bad ratings from some of the critics because of its patriotic story, but moviegoers showered enormous love on the movie.

As per the box office reports, the film amassed 12.18 crore in the fifth weekend to take its total domestic box office collection to 212.58 crore after 31 days. The movie has not only performed in the domestic market but also in overseas markets. Despite having limited screens, the film has grossed about 46 crore in international markets. It should go past 220 crore by the end of the 5th week. If the upcoming release Gully Boy fails to impress moviegoers, Uri might inch closer to 240 crore in its lifetime.
