Vicky Kaushal and Mohit Raina starrer Uri The Surgical Strike is heading towards a big total in the second week. The collection on second Friday is comparable to that on first Friday.
As per the box office reports, the film garnered 7.60 crore on second Friday to take its total domestic box office collection to 78.54 crore after 8 days. The movie has a small release, so such a trend in the second week is a healthy sign for it in long run. The number of screens in southern states of India has been increased and all the shows are running at 80-100% capacity. So, if the film scores century in the second weekend itself, it should not come as surprise. Uri is looking at 150-160 crore in its lifetime as it will meet a new competitor Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi next week.
