Uri The Surgical Strike and The Accidental Prime Minister Box Office Collection Day 2 (Saturday)

As expected, the new releases Uri The Surgical Strike and The Accidental Prime Minister made the most of the positive word of mouth publicity on the second day at the box office. Both movies enjoyed decent growths on Saturday, but the limited number of screens is hurting them in a big way.

As per the box office reports, Uri The Surgical Strike earned 12.43 crore on its first Saturday whereas The Accidental Prime Minister earned 5.70 crore. Both films should have similar growth on Sunday as BMS is showing a large number of shows houseful everywhere. Scoring a really big number will not be possible for these films as they do not have a massive release like big movies.

The box office collection of Uri The Surgical Strike is as follows:
Friday (Day 1): ₹ 8.20 cr
Saturday (Day 2): ₹ 12.43 cr
Total: ₹ 20.63 cr

Uri should enter the profitable zone after the first weekend whereas TAPM will take longer to reach there.

The box office collection of The Accidental Prime Minister is as follows:
Friday (Day 1): ₹ 4.50 cr
Saturday (Day 2): ₹ 5.70 cr
Total: ₹ 10.20 cr
