Vidya Balan’s latest film Tumhari Sulu had a decent collection in the second weekend. The film had performed extremely well in the first weekend, but it failed to do any magic during weekdays. The daily collection fell below 2 crore and because of that, it could not reach even 20 crore in the first week.
As per the box office reports, the film collected 6.41 crore in the second weekend to take its total domestic collection to 26.19 crore. The film is all set to cross 30 crore in its lifetime, but it will have a hard time in reaching 35 crore.
#TumhariSulu remained STEADY… Witnessed growth on Sat and Sun… [Week 2] Fri 1.25 cr, Sat 2.35 cr, Sun 2.81 cr. Weekend 2: ₹ 6.41 cr. Total: ₹ 26.19 cr. India biz.

The film is scoring decent numbers in Mumbai city and Pune which should enable Mumbai circuit to cross 10 crore nett after the second week. The collection from other regions is not exciting. The film was mainly for the multiplex audiences, so it failed to do any business in small cities.
