Vidya Balan’s Tumhari Sulu enjoyed an excellent growth over the weekend and as a result of that, the film could post a decent total in its first weekend. The film had an average opening on Friday, but its content helped it in bringing moviegoers to the theatres. The word of mouth for the film is good, so it might remain steady during the weekend.
As per the box office reports, the film amassed 12.87 crores in first three days at the box office. The daily collection of the film so far is as follows: Fri 2.87 cr, Sat 4.61 cr, Sun 5.39 cr.

The weekend business is a bit higher than Hindi Medium and Bareilly Ki Barfi. The film has to perform during weekdays so that it can cross 20 crores in its first week. As the big film Padmavati has been delayed, it may enjoy a smooth run at the box office for many days.
