After Tubelight’s lukewarm performance at the box office, Salman Khan is back with Tiger Zinda Hai that has rocked the box office in the very first week. After a stupendous opening with 34.10 crores on Friday, the film passed the non-holiday test on first Tuesday with flying colors. The film released on 5700 screens, out of which 4600 screens are in India and the rest are overseas.
As per the box office reports, the film amassed a whopping 21.60 crores on first Tuesday to take its total domestic box office collection to 173.07 crores. The daily collection of the film in its first week is as follows: Fri 34.10 cr, Sat 35.30 cr, Sun 45.53 cr, Mon 36.54 cr, Tue 21.60 cr.

In just five days of its release, the film has already surpassed the collections of Judwaa 2 and become the year’s second highest grosser preceded only by Golmaal Again which is at Rs 205.67 crore. It will cross the lifetime collection of Ek Tha Tiger in seven days and will become the biggest grosser of 2017 (Bahubali 2 is out of the equation) on second Friday or Saturday.
