Hrithik Roshan’s new release Super 30 performed well in the first weekend at the Indian box office. Although the film had an average opening, the positive word of mouth publicity helped it to score a half-century in just 3 days.
As per the box office reports, the film amassed 20.74 crore on first Sunday. The total domestic box office collection of the film now stands at 50.76 crore. It lost about 2-3 crore because of the world cup final match. The occupancy in the evening and night shows was low in comparison to Saturday’s occupancy. However, the trend is very positive for the lifetime and if it could maintain the momentum during weekdays, it may collect 75-80 crore in its first week.
The box office collection of Super 30 is as follows:
Friday (Day 1): ₹ 11.83 cr
Saturday (Day 2): ₹ 18.19 cr
Sunday (Day 3): ₹ 20.74 cr
Total: ₹ 50.76 cr
