Salman Khan starrer Sultan annihilated several box office records from its opening day, but the kind of consistency it witnessed in first 5 days is unprecedented in the history of Bollywood (In Indian Film history, Bahubali is still far ahead of any film which collected approx 180 crores in just 4 days). 
As per the box office reports, the movie amassed Wed 36.54 cr, Thu 37.32 cr, Fri 31.67 cr, Sat 36.62 cr, and Sun 38.21 cr to take its total domestic box office collection to 180.36 crores after 5 days. The film really benefited due to 5-days weekend, Salman’s Stardom, and good content. The consistency during the weekend insinuates that the movie will witness normal drop during weekdays and it might enjoy repeated views. Though Great Grand Masti will be released next weekend (15/7/2016), Sultan’s juggernaut might remain unaffected even during second weekend (these are our speculation based on the first weekend performance). If the movie doesn’t witness repeated views, the collection will drop drastically during second weekend.
