Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao’s horror-comedy film Stree is all set to cruise past the Rs. 100 crore mark in the Indian market. Despite facing competition from several movies, Stree has been doing excellent business since its opening day. It has already earned SUPERHIT tag and after crossing 100 crore it will get BLOCKBUSTER tag because the budget of the movie is about 25-30 crore.
As per the box office reports, the film earned 2.14 crore on third Friday to take its total domestic box office collection to 97.67 crore after fifteen days. It will definitely cross the lifetime collection of Raid and Gold, but will it go past Raazi’s collection?
Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “#Stree is all set to cross ₹ ? cr today [Sat; Day 16]… Will be the ninth Hindi film to cruise past ₹ 100 cr mark in 2018… [Week 3] Fri 2.14 cr. Total: ₹ 97.67 cr. India biz.”
The drop in the collection was less than 50% in the second week compared to the first week. If it could manage 10 crore in the third weekend, it will have a good chance to cross Raazi’s collection.

Week 1: ₹ 60.39 cr
Week 2: ₹ 35.14 cr
Friday (Day 15): ₹ 2.14 cr
Total: ₹ 97.67 cr SUPERHIT
