Like another release of last week Meri Pyari Bindu, Ram Gopal Varma’s multi-starrer Sarkar 3 could not do anything special at the box office. Both films witnessed the same kind of progress at the ticket counters in the very first week and hence their collections are almost same.
As per the box office reports, the first week domestic box office collection of the film is 9.53 crores. Like Meri Pyari Bindu, this movie also earned in lakhs during weekdays and hence could not cross double digit figure in its first week.

Earlier it had just two competitors BB2 and Meri Pyari Bindu, but now it has to face competition from two new releases Hindi Medium and Half Girlfriend, too. So, there is no chance for this movie to move any further. The lifetime domestic box office collection of the film may be 10-10.50 crores.
