Ranbir Kapoor’s latest film Sanju is about to finish its box office journey today because of the release of two big films, Gold and Satyamev Jayate. Therefore, the film will fail to cross the 345 crores mark at the domestic box office. The film has been on the record-breaking spree since its opening day and became the third biggest grosser after Bahubali 2 and Dangal.
As per the box office reports, the film added about 55 lakhs to its kitty in the seventh weekend. The total domestic box office collection of the film now stands at about 343.31 crores after 45 days. The collection dropped after the 3rd week because of several new releases, otherwise, it would have crossed the 350 crores mark. Crossing 300 crores without any holiday or long weekend is a big achievement for the film because only Bahubali 2 has achieved this feat without any holiday or long weekend. Other films in the 300 crores club enjoyed big holidays and long weekend.
