Sachin: A Billion Dreams, a documentary film based on Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, did an excellent business in the domestic market in first weekend. Though there is no Bollywood star in this movie, the collection in first weekend is like the collection of some mainstream Bollywood movies.
As per the box office reports, the film amassed Fri 8.40 cr, Sat 9.20 cr, and Sun 10.25 cr. to take its total domestic box office collection to 27.85 crores after 3 days.

The growth in the collection during weekend remained steady, so it seems that the collection will not drop drastically during weekdays. There is an enormous chance for the movie to score a half century in the very first week and the lifetime domestic collection may be 50-60 crores.
