Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran Remains Steady on Monday | Day 4 Box Office Collection

Abhishek Sharma’s film Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran which is based on the nuclear bomb test explosions conducted by the Indian Army at Pokhran in 1998 could maintain its pace at the ticket counters on first Monday. The film which stars John Abraham and Diana Penty in the lead roles could not cross 10 crores on Sunday because of the IPL final match, but a strong hold on Monday may turn it into a profitable venture for the makers.Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran Remains Steady on MondayAs per the box office reports, the film collected 4.10 crores on Monday to take its total domestic box office collection to 24.88 crores after 4 days. The decline in the collection compared to Friday is about 15%. The film has passed its Monday test and if it could manage to earn more than 3.5 crores remaining days of the first week, it will be able to recover its cost (45 crores) in the second week.

The film is based on the series of nuclear test explosions which took place in Pokhran in 1998. Parmanu-The Story of Pokhran also stars Yogendra Tiku, Aditya Hitkari, and Boman Irani. The film is jointly produced by JA Entertainment, Zee Studios, and Kyta Productions.

Saturday (Day 2): ₹ 7.64 cr
Sunday (Day 3): ₹ 8.32 cr
Monday (Day 4): ₹ 4.10 cr
Total: ₹ 24.88 cr
