Dumb and Dumber is a commercially successful 1994 American road buddy comedy film starring Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels. Some of guys in Pakistan tried to make their own short version of Dumb and Dumber and came up with this funny video. Indian twitterati, mostly the followers of PM Narendra Modi, termed this video as the working style of AAP government in Delhi.
