KGF Box Office Collection Day 5 | Movie Surpasses Zero’s Collection

As expected, Yash and Srinidhi Shetty starrer action-period drama film KGF made the most of the Christmas holiday on Tuesday. From the trend on Monday, it was evident that KGF would continue its upward movement and would surpass SRK’s Zero.

As per the box office reports, the film amassed 16.50 crore on Tuesday to take its total domestic box office collection to 84 crore after 5 days. It is all set to score a century at the domestic box office in the very first week. After the weekend, the screens count of KGF has been increased in several regions as it is performing far better than its competitors. The Hindi version also earned more than its Sunday collection.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the collection of the film on Twitter. “#KGF continues its upward trend… Day 5 [#Christmas] is bigger than Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 and Day 4, which is a rarity… Fri 2.10 cr, Sat 3 cr, Sun 4.10 cr, Mon 2.90 cr, Tue 4.35 cr. The release of Simmba will affect its collection in Hindi regions, but it should continue its juggernaut in the southern states, esp. Karnataka where it has amassed about 60 crore in just 5 days. So, there is an immense possibility that the lifetime domestic collection of KGF will be more than that of SRK’s Zero.
