New releases of this week, Junglee and Notebook, did not find many takers as both films do not have any big name. IPL matches are also eating up a small fraction of the collection of each movie.

As per the box office reports, Junglee earned 3.35 crore on its first Friday. The film has not received good reviews from critics and word of mouth publicity is also not very encouraging. So, the growth during the weekend may be limited. It did decent business in mass centers, but multiplexes are very poor.
The box office collection of Junglee is as follows:
Friday (Day 1): ₹ 3.35 cr
Total: ₹ 3.35 cr
Salman Khan has produced Notebook, but it also did not work at ticket windows. In fact, the opening collection was much lower than his previous movie Loveyatri. The film earned merely 65 lakh on its opening day. Movie critics have heaped praises on the movie, but it seems that the audience preferred to give it a miss on Friday.
The box office collection of Notebook is as follows:
Friday (Day 1): ₹ 0.65 cr
Total: ₹ 0.65 cr
