Imtiaz Ali’s Jab Harry Met Sejal continued its good run at the box office on second day despite average reviews. The collection was expected to drop as moviegoers have given nay to the film, but because of a decent advance booking, it just sailed through on Saturday.
As per the box office reports, the collection of the film on Saturday is 15 crores. Thus, the total domestic box office collection of the film after two days stands at 30.25 crores.

The drop in the collection on second day was about 1.6% compared to the opening figure. If the collection does not improve on Sunday, JHMS will become the third big film after Tubelight and Jagga Jasoos that bombed at the box office. The movie has been sold to distributors at a huge price, which means distributors are going to get another hefty blow in 2-3 days. As word of mouth publicity is scant, there is a little scope for the movie to perform exceptionally well on Sunday and weekdays. So, the first weekend collection may fall short of 50 crores.
