As expected, Sidharth Malhotra and Akshaye Khanna starrer Ittefaq witnessed about 45% drop in the collection on first Monday compared to first Friday. The film had done an average business during the weekend, so such drop is definitely not a good sign for the lifetime collection. Whatever business it is doing at the box office is just because of its content.
As per the box office reports, the film collected 2.25 crores on the fourth day to take its total domestic box office collection to 18.30 crores. The daily collection in the first week is as follows: Fri 4.05 cr, Sat 5.50 cr, Sun 6.50 cr, Mon 2.25 cr.
#Ittefaq Fri 4.05 cr, Sat 5.50 cr, Sun 6.50 cr, Mon 2.25 cr. Total: ₹ 18.30 cr. India biz.

Now it has to remain steady to cross 22 crores in its first week. The lifetime collection may not cross 30 crores and it may settle at 29-30 crores.
