Akshay Kumar’s Gold has almost reached the end of its box office run as the collection is coming in lakhs now. The film had one of the biggest openings of the year despite facing competition from Satyameva Jayate, but the collection came to the halt after the first week.
As per the box office reports, the film earned about 2.47 crores in the third weekend to take its total domestic box office collection to 107.37 crores after 21 days. The film should add 60-80 lakhs in the next three days of the third week. The number of competitors is growing every week, so there is a very slim chance that it will touch 115 crores in its lifetime.
