Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam didn’t witness stupendous opening at the ticket counters, but its incessant growth during weekend helped it in putting a decent total in the very first weekend. Though the content was appreciated by the critics and moviegoers, it couldn’t convert those accolades into money and the flagging earning during weekdays marred its lifetime prospect at the box office.
As per the box office report, the movie garnered about 4 crores on second Saturday to take its total domestic collection to 53 crores in 9 days. The movie will definitely post a good jump in the collection on Sunday, but the lifetime collection might be less than 70 crores as it will lose screen counts on 14th Aug.
