As per the box office reports, the film collected 2.61 crores on second Friday to take its total domestic box office collection to 54.17 crores after 8 days. The film lost many screens because of MI6 and Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster 3, so such decline was expected.  It should add 7-8 crores in the next two days which means it should cross 65 crores mark by the end of the second week.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh recently took to Twitter to share the latest figures of Dhadak and wrote, “#Dhadak [Week 2] got affected by #MI6 wave, yet recorded fairly good numbers… Expected to grow over the weekend… Fri 2.61 cr. Total: ₹ 54.17 cr. India biz.

Despite facing criticism for not being faithful to its Marathi counterpart, the Karan Johar film has managed to hold its own at the box office. It did an excellent business in Maharashtra and Gujarat regions but remained dull in other regions. If it had done an average+ business in other regions, it would have crossed 75 crores mark in its lifetime.

The box office collection of the film is as follows:
Week 1: ₹ 51.56 cr
Friday (Day 8): ₹ 2.61 cr
Total: ₹ 54.17 cr
