Ryan Reynolds starrer Deadpool 2 enjoyed an excellent opening on Friday when it earned 11.25 crores. Despite being an R rated film, the film was able to maintain its momentum on Saturday. Avengers: Infinity War’s unprecedented performance in the Indian market seemed to indicate that the differences between the audiences of Hollywood and Bollywood films are blurring pretty rapidly.
As per the box office reports, the film collected 10.65 crores on first Saturday to take its total Indian box office collection to 21.90 crores. Although the film registered a slight decline on Saturday, the collection should grow on Sunday.

The film has received positive reviews from critics and holds an 84% rating at Rotten Tomatoes. Because of its genre, the film will not able to match Avengers: Infinity War at the Indian box office and it may not touch 100 crores mark in its lifetime.
