Ryan Renolds’ superhero film Deadpool 2 had the fourth biggest opening of 2018 at the Indian box office. The movie hit the theatres on May 18, 2018, and received a positive response from the audience as well as the critics. After Infinity War, it became the second Hollywood film to collect more than 10 crores on its opening day. 
As per the box office reports, the film amassed 11.25 crores on first Friday. The collection is all set to grow further on Saturday and Sunday as the word of mouth publicity is extremely positive. Looking at the current trend at the ticket window, 30+ crores collection in the first weekend cannot be ruled out.

It is the eleventh installment in the X-Men film series and a sequel to the 2016 film Deadpool. The film is directed by David Leitch with Reynolds starring in the title role alongside Josh Brolin, Morena Baccarin, Julian Dennison, Zazie Beetz, T.J. Miller, Brianna Hildebrand, and Jack Kesy.
