Sanjay Datt’s comeback film Bhoomi could not do any magic at the ticket counters in India or overseas. The film had an excellent pre-release buzz, but the business is not in sync with that buzz. It has about 1900 screens in India, but a poor occupancy marred its box office prospect.
As per the box office report, the film could manage only 7.48 crores in its first weekend. The daily collection of the film in the first weekend is as follows: Fri 2.25 cr, Sat 2.47 cr, Sun 2.76 cr.

The collection remained almost flat in weekend; it could not even cross 3 crores on Sunday. The fate of the film is now sealed and hopefully Sanjay Datt would like to forget this comeback. DISASTER.
