Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon starrer “Bhediya“ had an average opening on Friday despite favorable word of mouth. The film is facing tough competition from last week’s release Drishyam 2, which has already scored a century in the first week and is heading towards a big total in the second week. The evening and night shows of Bhediya improved significantly, and it might relieve makers. However, the film needs a massive jump on Saturday and Sunday to surpass 35 crores in its first weekend. The film has received good ratings from most critics, and the audience has also given thumbs up. So, the odds are in favor of the movie. Per our estimates, the film should collect 28-30 crores in the first weekend and 60-70 crores in its lifetime.
Bhediya is a Bollywood comedy horror film directed by Amar Kaushik. Produced by Dinesh Vijan, it stars Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in lead roles. The film also features Shraddha Kapoor in the song “Thumkeshwari”. The film was released on 25 November 2022, along with a Telugu dubbed version titled Thodelu.
