Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus Bajirao Mastani remained unfazed by the competition posed by SRK’s Dilwale. The movie, that had a good opening on Friday, witnessed more than 22% jump in the collection on Saturday in the domestic market.
As per the box office reports, the movie amassed about 15.70 crores on the second day to take its total domestic box office collections to approx 28.50 crores. Though the movie had average-to-good critics rating, the positive word of mouth publicity helped it in showing growth in the collection. A jump in the collection on Saturday is really a good omen for the movie in the long run and it’s expected to post 45-47 crores in the first weekend.
