Achanakmar Wildlife Sanctuary, established in 1975 under provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act of 1972, is a wildlife park in Chhattisgarh, India. The sanctuary houses a number of endangered animal species, including leopards, Bengal tigers, and wild bison. Achanakmar has been declared a Tiger Reserve under the Project Tiger in 2009.
